Birmingham Updates' partnership with Deliveroo case study

The premier food delivery service, which launched in 2013 and is now in lots of cities all over the world, allows smartphone and laptop users to choose from a range of tempting meals and snacks then get them delivered straight to their door.

Deliveroo just launched their service in Birmingham and wanted to increase their brand awareness in and around Birmingham as well as user growth.

Strategy

We created content around Deliveroo’s core message each month as they expanded their offerings in the city. We made sure that the content was to the point, helpful and informative to our audience. For example, we published posts about their new launches in different parts of Birmingham and shared them on our social channels. We also developed entertaining content such as live streams that engaged our audience and spread the word for Deliveroo.

Deliveroo saw significant growth and attributed it to their partnership with Birmingham Updates. To keep the brand messaging consistent, they are working with BU for 12 months.
